Cancellations
Cancellations accepted within 2 hours of purchase.
Returns & exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted if the item arrives damaged or not as described — please contact me within 3 days of delivery with photos.
Damaged in transit
I package items with great care, but if something gets damaged during shipping, please send me a photo within 48 hours of delivery. I will offer a replacement or a refund.
Custom orders
Yes! I’m happy to create custom pieces or personalize existing designs when possible. If you have a specific idea, theme, size, or color palette in mind — send me a message and I’ll do my best to bring it to life.
How long will it take?
Most items are made to order. Processing time is usually 2–10 business days, depending on the complexity and size of the piece. Custom orders may require a bit more time — I’ll always keep you updated!
Children & pets
My creations are decorative items, not toys. They may contain small parts and should be kept out of reach of young children and pets.
